The criteria for the effectiveness of antibacterial therapy are: improvement of the patient's condition during the first three days after surgery (reduction and normalization of body temperature, reduction of intoxication symptoms, appearance of intestinal loop peristalsis and stool, absence or weakening of symptoms of concomitant inflammatory diseases such as pneumonia, myocarditis).
