The article analyzes clinical materials based on the results of a comprehensive examination and treatment of 107 patients with complex forms of gallstone disease, in particular choledocholithiasis. A comparative analysis of the implementation of the standard two-stage and improved one-stage Laparoendoscopic correction of choledocholithiasis was carried out. As a comparative parameter, the duration of surgical interventions, hospitalization and complications after surgery and surgery were adopted. According to the results of our study, it should be noted that the use of a modified simultaneous laparoscopic cholecystectomy method using endoscopic papillosphincterotomy and choledocholitoextraction in patients with cholecystocholedocholithiasis improves the results of surgical treatment and is economically desirable, since it reduces the number of surgeries and hospitalization days for the patient.
