The article reviews modern scientific literature on the issue of epidemiology, circumstances of origin, medical and social aspects and factors contributing to modern road traffic injuries and automobile injuries.
It is noted that road traffic injuries, in particular motor vehicle injuries, currently trending upward around the world, are becoming one of the more pressing medical, social and economic problems for most countries of the world. It is emphasized that transport injuries are caused by many factors and circumstances, and therefore identifying the factors and circumstances of the origin of this injury in a certain region is important for taking measures to prevent these injuries. In this area, of particular importance is the improvement of the process of forensic medical examination of cases of modern automobile trauma, especially its combined types, as the most common type of accident, the results of which will help improve the quality of medical care provided to victims, as well as the objective investigation of accident cases.
