CURRENT VIEWS ON MINOR INVASIVE CORONARY SURGERY (LITERATURE REVIEW)
Keywords:
cardiac surgery, minimally invasive surgery, valve surgeryAbstract
In this article, we will review the most commonly used incisions and approaches, focusing on aortic valve, mitral valve, and aortocoronary bypass procedures. Surgical techniques take the lead in the treatment of coronary artery lesions. Numerous clinical trials show higher efficacy of surgical treatment. CHD in the form of myocardial revascularization by percutaneous coronary intervention compared to drug therapy alone, both in the short and long term.
