THE ROLE OF BLOOD COAGULATION INDICATORS IN CORONAVIRUS INFECTION DISEASE
Keywords:
COVID-19, coagulopathy, anticoagulants, D-dimer, prothrombin time, fibrinogenAbstract
To determine the prognosis and outcome of coronavirus infection, the main point is pathogenetic therapy aimed at correcting hemostasis disorders. Coagulation system indicators play an important diagnostic role. The review analyzes clinical research data proving the diagnostic value of D-dimers, fibrinogen, prothrombin time and platelet count to identify hemostasis disorders and assess the severity of the inflammatory response.
