PREVENTIVE AND PREVENTIVE ISSUES OF CHOLECYSTITIS IN THE POPULATION OF DIFFERENT AGES, TOPICAL ISSUES AND MAIN PRIORITIES (LITERATURE REVIEW)

The authors of this literature review have analyzed the preventive-prophylactic issues of cholecystitis in the population of different ages, current topics and main priorities, showing the relevance and necessity of the topic. Thus, when diagnosing and evaluating perforative cholecystitis, it should be taken into account that, firstly, inflammation of the gallbladder can develop in different forms, and secondly, it is characterized by very different symptoms. Urgent surgical intervention is considered the main method of treatment. However, the possibilities of video endosurgical treatment methods in non-traditional clinical variants of perforative cholecystitis are quite limited compared to other forms of cholecystitis. The development of technology that improves the prognosis of perforated cholecystitis and improves early detection methods is extremely important. This provides conditions for early detection of the disease and safe operation up to almost 55%.
