The article presents clinical and laboratory analytical data on the features of the course of dysmenorrhea against the background of postcovoid syndrome in adolescent girls
Relevance: reproductive health is determined by both genetic and external factors, including somatic diseases, and the COVID-19 pandemic and postcovid syndrome have a strong impact on the health of adolescent girls, including the formation of their menstrual function.
The aim is to study the features of the clinical course of primary dysmenorrhea in girls who have undergone COVID-19;
Research materials and methods: 80 adolescent girls were examined
(14.8±1.1g) with dysmenorrhea; general clinical, laboratory methods, as well as methods of radiation imaging, statistical research methods were used.
Results: The existing ideas about the course of dysmenorrhea have been expanded with data on the state of the emotional-volitional sphere, including against the background of post-ovoid syndrome. The contribution of postcovoid syndrome to the development of hypoprogesteronemia, a decrease in the LH/FSH coefficient, which affected the severity of clinical symptoms of dysmenorrhea and the development of its severe course, was established.
Conclusions: with dysmenorrhea on the background of postcovoid syndrome, the ratio of pituitary hormones decreases, the concentration of LH /FSH decreases to the level characteristic of the onset of puberty.
