EXPERIENCE IN PERFORMING OPERATIONS IN PATIENTS WITH A FRACTURE OF THE PROXIMAL FEMUR WITH A RISK OF DEEP VEIN THROMBOSIS

Thrombosis of the lower deep veins (DVT) is one of the most urgent problems of modern traumatology and vascular surgery, and, according to literature data and clinical observations, thrombosis of the lower deep veins (DVT) occurs in 80-85% of cases.This is due to the "steep walking" and the peculiarities of blood flow [4, 16, 13]. A number of authors claim that complications in the system of lower deep vein thrombosis (PCTV) are observed up to 80% in femoral fractures [10,8]. Such a high incidence of lower vein thrombosis is associated with damage to the vessel wall, forced alertness, leading to a slowdown in venous blood flow [5, 1]. Thromboembolic complications often occur with damage to the musculoskeletal system, including surgical interventions[1]. In particular, osteosynthesis of femoral fractures is 30-70%, and in 45-70% of cases, thrombosis of the lower deep veins and pelvic veins is observed after total inguinal joint replacement operations[15,2].
