In the article, the main tasks for the transformation of the healthcare system according to the reforms of the administrative management implemented in the Republic of Uzbekistan are taken as a basis. In order to ensure the integrity and efficiency of the system transformation, it is emphasized that the organization of training, retraining and high-quality continuous professional education of the management staff has a special place. Problems in the training and continuing professional education of managers and their solutions are analyzed. Based on the 2019-2024 results, accumulated experience and developments of the "Public Health and Health Management" Department of the Center for the Development of the Professional Qualifications of Medical Workers, the mechanisms for training, retraining and quality continuous professional education of managers for the health care system have been developed and put into practice. introduction is indicated.
