ABOUT THE WORK OF MODERN CHINESE POETESSES

Abstract

By the beginning of the 21st century, the development of Chinese poetry had entered a new stage. The rich tradition, on the one hand, and the development of the school of poetic translation, on the other, have formed a solid core of modern Chinese poetry. Every year, various poetry festivals are held in China, many books and magazines are published, and poetry evenings are organized. Chinese poets take part in prestigious international poetry competitions, and much attention is paid to the field of poetry translation. One of the most widely developed literary phenomena of the decade of the new century is undoubtedly online literature.

Network literature, which is considered a new phenomenon, requires separate study. The purpose of this article is to explore the role of women poets in this new phenomenon. We will analyze in as much detail as possible today's women's poetry, which is an integral part of modern Chinese women's literature.
