Maqola Rossiya ta'lim amaliyotida mashhur bo'lgan muammoli ta'lim va Evropa ta'limida keng qo'llaniladigan fenomenga (hodisalarga) asoslangan yondashuvni taqqoslash tahliliga bag'ishlangan. Tadqiqot shuni ko'rsatdiki, fenomenga asoslangan ta'lim o'qitish usuli emas, balki STEAM ta'limining bir turi bo'lib, uning barcha elementlari (o'quv rejasi, mazmuni, dars turlari, baholash) talabaning o'rganish qobiliyatini va ularning o'rganish mustaqilligini rivojlantiradi. Texnologiyani integratsiyalashgan holda, PBL dinamik eshitish tajribasi va moslashtirilgan fikr-mulohazalarni taqdim etish orqali o'rganish va o'qitishni yaxshilash uchun noyob imkoniyatlarni taqdim etadi.
