Ushbu maqolada huquqiy terminologiyani talqin qilish xususiyatlari ochib berilgan. Tahlil natijasi shuni ko'rsatadiki, muallif normativ-huquqiy hujjatlar matni va ta'limot manbalarida sharhlash jarayoni va natijalarini lug'aviy aks ettirishning ayrim xususiyatlari borligi to'g'risida xulosaga keladi. Ushbu tadqiqotning maqsadi yuridik terminologiyani o'rganishning asosiy muammolarini ochib berishdir.
