Maqolada O‘zbekistonda ilk bor sohaviy ontologiyani yaratishning ma’lumotlar bazasini loyihalashtirishga doir ilmiy qarashlar tadqiq etilgan. So‘zlarning semantik munosabatlari Protégé texnologiyasida uni loyihalashning dasturiy ta’minot tizimlari strukturasi, tarkibiy qismlari o‘z izohini topgan. Kompyuter tizimlarida bilim tushunchasini ifodalash, deklarativ, protsessual bilimlarning tavsiflashdagi ahamiyati xususida so‘z yuritilgan. Qolaversa, Protégé texnologiyasida soha terminlari ontologiyasining sinf iyerarxiyasini hosil qilish va terminlar orasida munosabatlarni o‘rnatishda Object Properties, Data Properties, Annotation Properties yorliqlarining funksional imkoniyatlari so‘zlarning semantik munosabatlari tahlilida ko‘rsatilgan.
