Ushbu maqola “Marketing”, “Tovar-xomashyo birjasi”, “Tashqi iqtisodiy faoliyat” kabi bozor iqtisodiyotining yangi yoki yangilangan sohalarida foydalaniladigan atamalar asosida iqtisodiy terminologiyani, semantik paradigmani o'rganishga bag'ishlangan. Maqola mazmunan terminologiya sohasidagi zamonaviy rivojlanish tendensiyalarini terminologik ta'lim manbalari, terminologiya usullari, lingvistik va ekstralingvistik omillarning yangi terminologik birlikka ta'sirini uning lingvistik ifodasi nuqtai nazaridan aniqlashga qaratilgan.
