Insonning hissiy sohasi psixologlar, antropologlar, sotsiologlar va faylasuflarning e'tiborini tortadigan zamonaviy fanlararo nutqning eng dolzarb mavzularidan biridir. Ushbu muammoda hissiy ko'rinishlarning madaniy aniqligini o'rganish alohida o'rin egallaydi, bu hissiyotlarni universal biologik hodisa sifatida an'anaviy tushunishdan tashqariga chiqadi. Tadqiqotning maqsadi - Sharqiy Osiyo jamiyatlarida, birinchi navbatda, Xitoyda konfutsiy madaniy an'analarining ta'sirining mexanizmlari va xususiyatlarini tizimli ravishda tahlil qilish. Tadqiqot gumanitar bilimlarning bir- birini to'ldiruvchi usullari to'plamiga asoslanadi: kanonik matnlarning tarixiy va falsafiy tahlili, qiyosiy tarixiy usul, Konfutsiyning hissiy nazariyasining asosiy toifalarini kontseptual tahlil qilish, falsafiy tamoyillarni ijtimoiy amaliyotga tarjima qilish mexanizmlarini tizimli va funktsional tahlil qilish va yaxlit modelni yaratish uchun sintetik yondashuv. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko'rsatadiki, konfutsiyning hissiy sohaga ta'siri ketma-ket tarixiy bosqichlar orqali amalga oshirilgan: ilk konfutsiylik (miloddan avvalgi 6-3-asrlar) ren, li va to'rtta axloqiy tuyg'u tushunchalari orqali hissiy tartibga solish asoslarini qo'ygan; klassik konfutsiylik zhonghe tamoyillarini tizimlashtirgan; neokonfutsiychilik (11—17-asrlar) emotsional intizomning metafizik asoslanishini yaratdi; kech imperiya davri oilaviy va ijtimoiy munosabatlarning amaliy axloqini batafsil bayon qildi. Konfutsiy ta'sirining to'rtta asosiy mexanizmi aniqlangan: hissiy qadriyatlarning o'ziga xos tizimini shakllantirish, tartibga solishning amaliy usullarini ta'minlash, hissiy sohani axloqiy rivojlanish kontekstiga integratsiyalashuvi va muayyan hissiy naqshlarning madaniy qonuniylashtirilishi. Tadqiqot madaniy an'analar va hissiy ko'rinishlar o'rtasidagi fundamental bog'liqlikni tasdiqlaydi. Konfutsiy an'anasi ijtimoiy uyg'unlikning ustuvorligi, hissiy cheklov, empatik fazilatlarni rivojlantirish va hissiy etuklikni shaxsiy takomillashtirish jarayoniga integratsiyalashuvi bilan tavsiflangan barqaror hissiy xatti-harakatlar modelini shakllantirdi.
