Natural language processing is one of the main directions of computational linguistics. Language processing is carried out in several stages, one of the important stages of which is the recognition and identification of nominal units. NER systems are used in applications as diverse as question answering, information retrieval, and machine translation to improve the accuracy of other NLP tasks such as part-of-speech tagging and parsing, and by using machine learning algorithms, organizations can improve their can gain valuable insights from their data, improve decision-making processes and enable them to stay ahead of their competitors. As the importance of data increases, NER will undoubtedly play an increasingly important role in data analytics in the future.
