AN INTERNATIONAL LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY TESTS: A HELPFUL TOOL OR MISLEADING CONCEPT?

The purpose of this project was to discuss whether international language proficiency tests provoke and indicate literacy in the English language despite the high score, as the authors faced a little mismatch among some students who obtained one of those certificates.
As there were least researches on this point in Uzbekistan context, we will refer to the researches of other authors who had observed expanding circle students.
