LITERARY TEXT AS AN OBJECT OF LINGUISTIC RESEARCH AND THE PROBLEM OF ITS INTERPRETATION

Abstract

This article is devoted to the concept of the text, its main functions and main features, as well as the problem of its interpretation. The text is a multidimensional linguistic unit, the definition of which is not unanimous among linguists, which is a serious problem in any modern linguistic research, and the analysis of the text, especially the literary text. This article discusses several approaches to the problem presented of particular interest in linguistic analysis, is the fact that the literary text has a number of distinctive features that distinguish it from the real text. Thanks to modern methods of text linguistics, it will also be possible to combine research methods in combining different branches of linguistics, including stylistics, the theory of speech acts, as well as related disciplines such as philosophy and psychology, the development of a complex system, the main purpose of which is an in-depth and detailed analysis of a complex language unit such as text.
