ACTIVATION OF TOPONYMY IN THE TEXT

In the article deals with the history of place names and their presentation, abbreviations, changes in the text. Place names are a special type of proper nouns that are the names of natural, geographical objects (mountains, seas, rivers, oases, etc.) as well as other similar objects (countries, regions, cities, etc.). At the same time, opinions were expressed about the most widely used places in the two languages, namely London and Samarkand. The cited works and the names of places shown in them, a number of scientific facts about the heroes are given.
