This article is dedicated to the scholarly activities of Nurboy Jabborov, one of the leading figures in Uzbek literary studies. It explores his contributions to the study of both classical and modern Uzbek literature, literary theory, textual analysis, and national spirituality. Particular attention is paid to his scientific interpretation of Alisher Navoi’s legacy, especially regarding themes such as personal development, moral upbringing, mentor-disciple relationships, and patriotism. The article also analyzes the concepts of "adab" and "literature" within the framework of Eastern-Islamic culture. Jabborov’s research plays a crucial role in the development of national culture and spirituality and contributes significantly to the recognition of Uzbek literature in the international academic arena.
