This article analyzes the concept of Global English, a new form of the English language that is rapidly spreading in the modern world, and its impact on the lexical-semantic system of English. It explores the changes arising from simplification, regional adaptation, and cultural integration, as well as then positive and negative aspects of this process. The study focuses on phenomena such as vocabulary expansion, semantic shifts, neologisms, and code-switching.
