ОСОБЕННОСТИ ЮРИДИЧЕСКИХ ТЕРМИНОВ

В статье раскрываются особенности толкования юридической терминологии. Результат анализа показывает, что автор приходит к выводу о наличии некоторых особенностей лексического отражения процесса и результатов толкования в тексте нормативных правовых актов и доктринальных источников. Целью данного исследования является выявление основных проблем изучения юридической терминологии.
