The main goal of the study is to develop methods for assessing soil salinity in reclamation lands, based on the amount of salt ions in cotton leaves in the Amudarya basin. Research methods and equipment: probability-statistics in the processing of full-scale field measurements on cotton; modeling crop growth and development. On the basis of mathematical modeling methods, the movement of salts, water and nutrients from the environment from the environment to the plant, root zones and the process of nutrient absorption, changes in various parameters characterizing the soil and plant and tested 'secret is applied. This research paper presents the results of scientific research on mathematical modeling of nutrient absorption by plant roots in saline soil conditions. Land reclamation, in particular the assessment of the impact of climate on groundwater levels and salinity in irrigated lands, requires very complex solutions. In this study, an analysis has been made based on the hypothesis of the long-term continuation of the development of climate effects to date.
