SCIENTIFIC BASIS OF PROPAGATION OF FRUIT SEEDLINGS BY IN-VITRO FERTILIZATION

At present, due to the high cost of virus-free (certified) planting material obtained by in vitro microcirculation in local horticulture, production circles, discussions are being held about their mass production, reproduction on the basis of pakana grafting, and experiments are being studied. This leads to positive results of reproduction of fruits and seedlings by in-vitro method of budding grafts.
In this article we will talk about the foreign experience of propagation of fruits and seedlings by in vitro method, and local methods of propagation of fruits and seedlings by in-vitro method as pakana grafts.
