The results of studies of fertilizer zucchini and squash on alluvial-meadow soils are given in the article. Fertilizer system of zucchini hybrid F1 Belogor, consisting of adding N90P90K120 under cultivation of and of zeolite norm 0.4 t/ha. It provided yield increase of fruits by 42.9%. N90P90K120 and Tenso cocktail ensured yield increase by 39.4% with НСР05 = 1.7 t/ha and НСР05 = 1.3t/ha for fertilizers. N90P90K120 with zeolite and N90P90K120 with Tenso cocktail helped to increase solids in zucchini fruits by 3.4-5.1%, N90P90K120 with Tenso cocktail increased vitamin C by 33.3%, N90P90K120 with zeolite increased monosaccharide by 7.8%, N90P90K120 with Humistar and Tenso cocktail increased the amount of sugar by 18.5% compared to the control. The minimum content of nitrates in the fruits was noted for N90P90K120 with zircon (378 mg/kg) and maximal for N90P90 (660 mg/kg). Nitrate content in the fruits for N90P90K120 with Tenso cocktail has appeared to be on the MAC level and it was 400 mg/kg. Fertilizer system of squash varieties Cheburashka, consisting of adding N90P90K120 under cultivation and of foliar treatment of plants in the budding phase by zircon norm 1ml/10 liters of water provided the increase of fruit yield by 47.4% with high quality products. N90P90K120 with biocompost ensured yield increase by 43.9% with НСР05= 1.4 t/ha and НСР05 = 1.2 t/ha for fertilizers. The maximum content of solids in the fruit (6.8%) and the amount of sugar (3.18%) was provided by P90K120, vitamin C (8.8 mg%) - N90P90K120 with zircon. The lowest content of nitrates was observed in the control variant, it was 365 mg/kg.
