Indoor floriculture is one of the areas of ornamental horticulture engaged in the reproduction and cultivation of various ornamental plants and flowers for decorating living quarters and offices, as well as for creating greenhouses and green spaces. Indoor plants give us aesthetic pleasure, increase our mood, create comfort and save us from stress. We have begun research on the reproduction of species and varieties of houseplants that are new to us. For this, it was first necessary to obtain plant seeds. seeds of Lagerstroemia indica L. and Gloriosa rothschildiana O'Brien. sprouted and their seedlings grow successfully. Indian lagerstromia, or Indian lilac (Lagerstroemia indica L.). Beautiful flowering deciduous woody plant of the family of moths. The genus has about 20 species. Indian lagerstromia is one of the few tree-shrub plants that, when kept indoors, dump their foliage. Indian lagerstromia has about fifty species, both evergreen and deciduous. Many of them are suitable for creating bonsai.
