O‘ZBEK AYOLLARIDA REPRODUKTIV YO‘QOTISHLARNING STRUKTURASI

Ushbu maqolada 2020 yildan 2022 yilgacha bo‘lgan davrda Buxoro shahrida reproduktiv yo‘qotishlarning o‘zgarishi to‘g‘risida ma'lumotlar keltirilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari demografik vaziyatni yaxshilash uchun reproduktiv yo‘qotishlarni kamaytirish muhimligini ko‘rsatadi. Reproduktiv yo‘qotishlar homiladorlikning tugashi, shu jumladan o‘z-o‘zidan tushish, o‘lik tug‘ilish va hayotning birinchi yilidagi bolalarning o‘limi tufayli rivojlanishning turli bosqichlarida homilaning yo‘qolishi deb ta'riflanadi. Ko‘rib chiqilayotgan davrda tug‘ilganlar soni sakkiz baravar sezilarli darajada oshdi va tibbiy abortlar soni 71 foizga kamaydi. Salbiy natijalarga ega bo‘lgan homiladorlik tarkibida erta davrda xomila nobud bo‘lishi ulushining 8 baravar ko‘payishi sezilarli, ektopik homiladorlikning ulushi yesa bir xil darajada qolmoqda, o‘lik tug‘ilishning uch baravar kamayishi kuzatildi.
Tadqiqot natijalari shuni tasdiqlaydiki, erta abort Buxoro shahridagi reproduktiv yo‘qotishlarga, so‘ngra ektopik homiladorlik, kech tushish va nihoyat o‘lik tug‘ilishga eng katta hissa qo‘shadi. Istalgan homiladorlikning yo‘qolishi tufayli oilani rejalashtirish, homiladorlikdan oldin tayyorgarlik va homiladorlikni erta boshqarish masalalariga alohida e'tibor qaratish lozim.
