GESTATSION QANDLI DIABETDA HOMILADORLIK VA TUG‘RUQNI OLIB BORISH

Tadqiqot maqsadi: Gestatsion qandli diabeti bo‘lgan homiladorlarda ona va homila uchun xavfsiz tug‘ruq usulini tanlash.
Materiallar va usullar: retrospektiv guruhga 2016 yildan 2018 yilgacha Buxoro viloyat perinatalь markazi va 5 oilaviy poliklinikada nazoratda bo‘lgan 67 nafar ayolni obekt qilib retrospektiv guruhga oldik. Asosiy (prospektiv)guruhga 68 nafar homilador ayol bo‘lib, ularning homiladorligi klassik qandli diabet yoki gestatsion qandli diabet (GQD) fonida kechayotganlarni oldik. Nazorat guruhiga homiladorligi fiziologik davom etayotgan 31 ayolni oldik.
Natijalar va muhokamalar: Ilmiy izlanish uchun manba qilib olingan homiladorlarning davrlari va tug‘ruq kechishi maьlumotlari kasallik tarixi va nazorat ostidagi ayollar olingan. Natijalarga ko‘ra ushbu GQD homiladorlikning kechishi va tug‘ruq davrlarida barcha guruhdagi ayollar (60%) va homilada o‘ziga xos asoratlar bilan kechgan.
Xulosa: Shunday qilib, homiladorlik nazoratlangan diabet fonida yaьni, optimal insulin miqdorlari, diabet uchun tavfsiyalangan ovqatlanish ratsionidan foydalanilgan holda, diabetik fetopatiya belgilari bo‘lmasa, homilador ayollarning ushbu toifasiga tabiiy tug‘ruq usuli orqali tug‘dirishni tavfsiya qilish eng samarali natijaga erishishimizga olib keladi.
