В статье приведены сведения о возможности пролонгирования беременности до оптимального срока у женщин с тяжелыми нарушениями маточно-плодо-плацентарной системы. Исследования проводились в 2021-2023 годах в Республиканском центре научно-практической медицины акушерства и гинекологии.
