Uropatiya, bu bo‘yrak funktsiyalarini buzilishi va o‘pka gipoplaziyasi oqibatida yuzaga keladigan xolat bulib, yuqori o‘lim kursatgichi va tug‘ruqdan keiyngi bo‘yrak yetishmovchiligi bilan bog‘liq. O‘ning aniq bir klinik yondashuvga va yechimga olib keladigan mazsus tashxisiy belgilari mavjud yemas.
Maqolada xomilada obstruktiv uropatiya etiologiyasi va patogenezi, bachadon ichi amaliyotlariga yondashuvlarning kutish taktikasi bilan solishtirilgandagi samaradorligini baxolashga ta'luqli masalalar, chet el izlanishlari va yaqin xorijiy manbalar taxlil qilingan.
