ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТЬ ПРИМЕНЕНИЯ КОНЦЕНТРАТА ПРОТРОМБИНОВОГО КОМПЛЕКСА ПРИ МАССИИВНЫХ АКУШЕРСКИХ КРОВОТЕЧЕНИЯХ

Авторы сообщают об интересном случае с применением концентрата протромбинового комплекса (КПК) - ведении КПК беременной, поступившей в экстренном порядке с гестационной гипертензией и циррозом печени с внутриутробной гибелью плода. Применение КПК было эффективным для остановки кровотечения с сопутствующими осложнениями в виде дисфункции печени и способствовало скорейшему выздоровлению пациентки и выписке из стационара. Применение КПК для профилактики кровотечений у больных с печеночной коагулопатией, акушерским кровотечением и его превосходство над СЗП не сообщалось. Данная статья о клиническом случае является небольшим вкладом в освещение преимущества КПК как спасителя жизни в предотвращении кровотечения в экстренной ситуации.
