MASSIV AKUSHERLIK QON KETISHLARIDA PROTROMBIN KOMPLEKS KONSENTRATINING SAMARADORLIGI

Mualliflar protrombin kompleksi kontsentratidan (PKK) foydalanish bilan bog'liq qiziqarli holat haqida xabar berishadi - homiladorlik gipertenziyasi, jigar sirrozi va homila o'limi bilan shoshilinch ravishda yotqizilgan homilador ayolga PKK qo`llanilganligi haqida. PKKlardan foydalanish jigar disfunktsiyasi ko'rinishidagi birga keladigan asoratlar bilan qon ketishini to'xtatishda samarali bo'ldi va bemorning tiklanishiga va kasalxonadan tez chiqishiga yordam berdi. Jigar koagulopatiyasi, akusherlik qon ketishi bo'lgan bemorlarda qon ketishining oldini olish uchun va PKKning yangi muzlatilgan plazmadan ustunligi haqida xabar berilmagan. Ushbu hodisa hisoboti shoshilinch vaziyatlarda qon ketishining oldini olishda PKKning hayotni saqlaydigan afzalliklarini ta'kidlashga kichik hissa qo'shadi.
