ОЦЕНКА БИОМАРКЕРОВ РЕНАЛЬНОГО ПОРАЖЕНИЯ ПОЧЕК У БОЛЬНЫХ ХРОНИЧЕСКОЙ ГЕНЕРАЛИЗОВАННОЙ ПАРОДОНТИТОМ

Были отобраны пациенты с хронической болезенью почек, а именно тубулоинтерстициальными поражением почек — 58 человек. В ротовой жидкости и моче определяли содержание лизоцима и липокалина-2 иммуноферментным методом. Выявлено, что чувствительным маркером тубулоинтерстициального поражения почек, является исследование в слюне, крови и моче активности лизоцима и липокалина-2.
