Каждый человек имеет право быть физически и психически здоровым. Супружеские пары имеют право решать, когда стать родителями, сколько детей и с каким интервалом между ними. Бесплодие - это не только медицинская, но и социальная проблема, вызывающая обеспокоенность. Ведь оно связано с нестабильностью семейных отношений, нарушением социальной и трудовой активности и, как следствие, ухудшением качества жизни.
На сегодняшний день бесплодие остается одной из трех основных жалоб женщин, обращающихся с гинекологическими проблемами, что приводит к психологическому стрессу, тревоге и депрессии [9].
Фертильность - это способность к воспроизводству или состояние фертильности. Она отличается от плодовитости, которая представляет собой вероятность забеременеть в любой конкретный месяц, и плодовитости, которая представляет собой способность к живорождению в течение одного менструального цикла. Среди тех, кто пытается зачать ребенка, примерно 50% женщин забеременеют в течение 3 месяцев, 75% достигнут беременности в течение 6 месяцев, и около 90% забеременеют к 1 году.
