СПКЯ – комплексный синдром репродуктивных, метаболических и психологических проблем, характеризующийся разнообразием клинических проявлений и являющийся основной причиной женского бесплодия. Синдром поликистозных яичников (СПКЯ), гетерогенное состояние, характеризующееся метаболическими изменениями и бесплодием, также тесно связан с материнскими, неонатальными и акушерскими осложнениями.
