BACTERIAL DESTRUCTION OF THE LUNG AS A COMPLICATION OF COVID-19-PNEUMONIA

This article describes a case from practice in a 17-year-old patient who was being treated in a hospital for COVID-19, confirmed by the detection of PCR RNA SARS-CoV-2, complicated by polysegmental destructive viral-bacterial pneumonia, lung abscess, pleural empyema and pneumopleurofibrosis.
