INDICATORS OF THE NEUTROPHIL-LYMPHOCYTE RATIO IN PATIENTS WITH CRITICAL CONDITION WITH ACUTE CEREBROVASCULAR ACCIDENTS OF THE HEMORRHAGIC TYPE

The subjects of the study were 32 patients with acute cerebrovascular accidents of the hemorrhagic type, aged from 52 to 65 years (average age was 58.3±2 years), whose clinical (systemic parameters of hemodynamics and respiration, neurological status), instrumental (ECG, chest x-ray, MSCT examination of the brain) and laboratory data (leukoformula, ISNL). A comparison of clinical and laboratory parameters was carried out in three stages: the first stage - upon admission, the second stage: on 3rd day, the third stage on 7th day of intensive therapy. It has been established that a high index of ISNL is a reliable indicator of clinical deterioration of patients and a predictor of unfavorable outcome of critical conditions caused by stroke.
