FEATURES OF THE CLINICAL AND NEUROLOGICAL COURSE OF VESTIBULAR MIGRAINE

This article analyzes the clinical and neurological course of vestibular migraine based on clinical observations conducted in an outpatient setting in Bukhara during 2024–2027. The study included 132 women aged 18–55 years. A comparative assessment of neurological symptoms was performed in all patients. The results showed that vestibular migraine differs from common migraine not only by headache phenotype but also by vestibular-autonomic dysfunction and specific changes in clinical test findings. These differences are important for accurate differential diagnosis and for improving targeted and effective therapeutic strategies in clinical practice.
