MORPHOLOGICAL FEATURES OF THE ENDOMETRY IN WOMEN WITH CLIMACTERIC SYNDROME

This article is dedicated to a comparative morphological analysis of the endometrium under normal conditions, with postmenopausal atrophy, and in hyperplastic processes. The histological characteristics of the glands, stroma, vessels, and epithelial lining for each of the conditions under review are described in detail. Particular attention is paid to the differential criteria that enable distinguishing between physiological and pathological changes. The findings are supported by micrographs of histological slides and a comparative table.
