Modern paradontological interventions on the soft tissues of the hard palate leave a wound surface of different areas, which undoubtedly leads to pain and discomfort during the epithelization of the donor site. An individual dental alveolar kappa made of thermoplastic material with fixation on microvintages, which we propose to solve this problem, is a useful model used in the postoperative period of surgical dentistry to protect the wound surface and optimize reparative processes.
