METHODOLOGY FOR THE COMPREHENSIVE ASSESSMENT OF MORPHOFUNCTIONAL PARAMETERS OF BONE TISSUE
Keywords:
bone tissue, morphofunctional parameters, methodology, diagnostics, bone mineral density, remodeling, pharmacotherapyAbstract
This article discusses modern methodological approaches to the comprehensive assessment of morphofunctional parameters of bone tissue. Instrumental and laboratory research methods are summarized, including evaluation of bone mineral density, morphometric characteristics, cortical and trabecular structure, and biochemical markers of bone metabolism. Their diagnostic and prognostic significance in clinical practice is analyzed. The integration of anthropometric, morphological, and clinical laboratory data is shown to improve diagnostic accuracy, predict fracture risk, and optimize pharmacotherapy. Particular attention is given to a personalized approach considering age, sex, and individual patient characteristics. The proposed methodology provides a scientific basis for developing effective preventive and therapeutic strategies for bone diseases.
