Abstract

Adenoid hypertrophy is one of the most common pediatric otorhinolaryngological  conditions, associated with nasal obstruction, recurrent respiratory infections, and hearing impairment. Grade II adenoid hypertrophy is considered the most suitable stage for conservative treatment. This study evaluated the clinical and endoscopic effectiveness of conservative management in children with grade II adenoid hypertrophy. The results demonstrated that intranasal corticosteroids, nasal irrigation, and antihistamine therapy significantly reduced clinical symptoms and decreased the need for surgical intervention, thereby improving patients’ quality of life.
