TOMOGRAPHIC PREDICTIONS FOR THE CHOICE OF SURGICAL METHODOLOGY FOR VARIOUS FORMS OF CRANIOSYNOSTOSIS

Analysis of morphometric parameters allowed us to identify key indicators that determine the need for distraksion osteogenesis, endoscopic correction, or simultaneous reconstruction. Additionally, MRI data were compared in patients suspected of having syndromic forms of the disease. The obtained results confirmed the high accuracy of MSCT diagnostics and its prognostic significance in choosing the optimal surgical strategy. Recommendations for minimizing radiation load in children and an algorithm for individualized surgical planning have been developed. The conclusion of the study was the formation of a clinical protocol that includes stages of diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation, allowing for improved functional and cosmetic outcomes.
