Currently problem of psycho-speech disorder which is difficult to differentiate delay mental development in children. Viral encephalitis is characterized by acute inflammation and active replication of the virus in the nervous cell, which leads to necrotic damage to the brain, in other cases the pathogen without replication causes inflammation of brain cells by the perivascular type demyelination.
