Abstract

Objective. This study aims to conduct a systematic review of the prevalence of dental diseases among women of fertile age based on evidence-based medical data. A total of 25 studies involving 7,589 women were reviewed, focusing on the prevalence of dental caries, gingivitis, and periodontal diseases. The analysis revealed that the prevalence of these conditions is influenced by hormonal changes, oral hygiene practices, and socio-economic factors. Causal relationships, cross-country comparisons, diagrams, and tables are presented. The findings highlight the need for the development of interdisciplinary preventive programs within the framework of women's health initiatives.
