INFLUENCE OF COMPLEX CORRECTION OF MICROBIOTA WITH THE "BAJANA" PREPARATION ON THE COMPOSITION OF INTESTINAL MICROFLORA IN PATIENTS WITH OBESITY
Keywords:
obesity, large intestine microbiota, prebiotics, probiotics.Abstract
In recent studies, obesity has been associated with a decrease in microbial diversity and a decrease in the species richness of the microbiota. A study was conducted where two groups were included: the main group - 60 obese patients and the control group - 25 people with normal body weight. In the obesity group, there was a downward trend in Lactobacillus spp. и Bifidobacterium spp. The amount of Faecalibacterium prausnitzii (p = 0.030), which has anti-inflammatory potential and is the main producer of butyrates, was also significantly reduced.
