CLINICAL MANIFESTATIONS OF STOMACH PATHOLOGIES IN PATIENTS IN CRITICAL CONDITION UNDER ARTIFICIAL VENTILATION

The article analyzes the clinical manifestations of gastric pathologies in critically ill patients undergoing mechanical ventilation. The most common symptoms include epigastric pain and discomfort, nausea, vomiting with blood, signs of gastric bleeding, and digestive disorders. These manifestations are associated with ischemic and destructive changes in the gastric mucosa, impaired microcirculation, and stress-induced injuries. Early diagnosis and therapeutic correction help reduce the risk of severe complications and improve prognosis in critically ill patients.
