Abstract

The main objective of this study was to assess the state of humoral immunity in individuals diagnosed with primary HIV infection. The analysis revealed that although the general trend in changes in serum immunoglobulin concentrations was similar, the intensity of these changes varied. This indicates that while humoral immunity is activated, there is a pronounced strain in the primary immune response and a noticeable deficiency in the secondary immune response.
