Abstract

In recent years, there are a number of scientific works and evidence confirming that anemia occupies one of the leading positions among the factors that worsen the quality of life of chronic heart failure (CHF) patients and have a negative impact on its duration. In developed countries, anemia is observed in 10-55% of patients with HF, and this indicator increases according to the severity of functional classes (FS) of the disease, and is 80% in IV FS of heart failure. Currently, anemia is considered an independent risk factor that negatively affects the course of the main disease, the outcome and the outcome of treatment. There are different theories about the pathogenesis and progression of anemia in patients with CKD, which requires a thorough study of this problem. When anemia is observed in this disease, its specific course, the death rate is twice as high as in patients without anemia, the problems of early diagnosis, effective treatment and prevention of this pathological process have yet to be solved.
