Аннотация

На  основании  проанализированной  литературы  проведена  систематизированная   оценка   и изучена эффективность различных подходов  при  лечении  сирингомиелии,  ассоциированной  с  аномалией Киари  I  типа.  Определена  оптимальная   тактика   лечения   пациентов,   заключающаяся   в   своевременной, выполненной по показаниям и в полном объеме операции по декомпрессии задней черепной ямки, направленная на улучшение качества жизни и предотвращение инвалидизации пациентов.
