DIAGNOSTIC FEATURE OF CLINICAL AND NEUROVIMAGING METHODS OF INVESTIGATION IN PATIENTS WITH LUMBOSACRAL RADICULOPATHY

The paper draws a parallel between clinical neurological and neuroimaging research methods, for differential diagnosis of lumbosacral radiculopathies with dorsopathies and compliance with localization. Patients examined first-time applicants with back pain and patients with a long period of illness, who applied due to exacerbation of pain in back. The result of the study showed the presence of severity and intensity of pain in the lumbosacral region is not related to degenerative changes (hernia/protrusion) in the intervertebral disc,the pathological process in the intervertebral disc depends on the experience (duration) of the disease and, accordingly, age of the patient, which in itsturn affects the frequency of exacerbations, neuroimaging should bebe considered as a method that does not compete with clinical indicators,but as complementary, for a further question of tactics and optimizationtherapy.
